eBay Ninja is an automated repricing platform designed for authorized eBay merchants. The Service scans competitive listings using official eBay Browse APIs, matches equivalent items using product identifiers (such as MPN, Brand, and GTIN barcodes), and recalculates listing prices according to your custom pricing presets and safety parameters.
The Service can operate in Preview mode (manual approval) or Automated mode (direct live price updates via eBay APIs).
3. eBay Account Authorization & Compliance
To utilize the Service, you authorize eBay Ninja to access your eBay seller account via official eBay OAuth 2.0. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are an authorized representative of the connected eBay seller account.
- Your use of the Service complies at all times with eBay's User Agreement, Selling Policies, and API License Agreements.
- You will not use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive pricing practices.
4. Pricing Rules, Floor Protection & Seller Responsibility
While eBay Ninja provides automated tools to enforce safety boundaries, you retain full and final responsibility for your listing prices:
- Minimum Floor Prices: You are responsible for configuring accurate minimum price floors on your listings and presets. The system will never intentionally reprice an item below your configured minimum floor.
- Automated Updates: If you enable live automated repricing, you authorize the Service to submit price updates to eBay on your behalf based on your active presets.
- Monitoring: You should regularly review your active listings, pricing rules, and audit logs to ensure your parameters reflect your current inventory costs and business goals.
5. Subscriptions, Fees & Cancellations
Certain tiers and features of eBay Ninja are offered on a recurring subscription basis:
- Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle via Stripe.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable.

"eBay" is a registered trademark of eBay Inc. eBay Ninja is an independent software tool developed to integrate with official eBay APIs. eBay Ninja is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or directly affiliated with eBay Inc.
7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EBAY NINJA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, SALES, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EBAY API OUTAGES, DELAYS IN REPRICING, OR COMPETITOR DISCOVERY DISCREPANCIES.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct detrimental to the Service, eBay APIs, or other users. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by disconnecting your eBay account and cancelling any active subscription.
